Withdraw funds

Once the sale is over and the admin has finalized the sale, issuer can withdraw their funds and the unsold tokens

1. Access the sales index pages as an issuer or admin
2. Click on the bullet point
3. Click on Withdraw

Mind that the admin first need to finalize the sale
