Fraction recovery

As Admin, you can set up Recovery for your fractions.

The fraction recovery allows you to transfer fraction tokens from one address to another. This is useful in case fraction token holders lose access to their wallets.

Here are the steps to access the fraction recovery feature and recover lost tokens:

1. Log in as Admin and go to your project dashboard.
2. Click on the sale that needs recovery
3. Access the recovery tab
4. Fill out the fields
   1. Lost address: address that contains the fractions.
   2. Recovery address: the address to which the fractions will be sent.
   3. Fraction Kind: Basic or OTC
   4. Token amount: how many fractions need to be transferred
