Create and register one or more onchain assets deployed on registered blockchains:
- Each asset has one smart contract address, potentially shared across multiple blockchains. 2. Asset-blockchain association occurs when the asset's contract
addressis specified. 3. Specify hosting blockchains using:
blockchain[].id(recommended)blockchain[].chainId
- Target blockchains must be pre-registered in the system.
